I know Nithin for 2 yrs now. He's my senior on the Android team in Dexetra and has been an excellent mentor to me and many fresh recruits in our company. His policy of learning on the go has helped us tackle many a complex problems with ease. On the Java front he has been particularly strict with coding norms, and believes in deep understanding of the constructs and concepts before applying them into real world.
