I am not in a JAVA industry.
Current Role
1. Development and preparation of Owner’s Manual. Currently I am the team lead for Owner’s manual and Radio Guide Development for Renault DUSTER.
2.I am the Single Window person for Technical Documentation for France.
3. In-charge of the LUP for technical Documentation of different models.
Most Important Lessons
The responsibilities that are given to us and the challenges to set up a procedure for doing the task. Since it is a growing company and it is in its initial phases.So handling the pressure to complete the job in the given time by setting good process. The work culture to be followed.

Work Life Balance
Its very difficult. But it is said that SURVIVAL of the FITTEST is the only line to follow in life. I have to maintain my family balance. Leave the office work in office. DOn't take it to your home. Living 2 different lifes is the secret of maintaning the balance. Its difficult but not unmanagable.
Most Important Career Decisions
I have joined an MNC in my core field. Taking some decisions which goes off the track for sometime, but in the end the thing is that, I can say that the work is done. I have decided not to leave the company for next 3-4 years as I have got many things to learn.
Role Model
I ma inspired by my Dad. Being from a mediocre family, he sent me to the best school of my time. His thinking ideas and his ability ti take bold decisions without any fear makes him my Idol. I can leave anything in world but not my Dad and his principles of living life. He is an awesome character.
Plans for the Future
I see myself at a managerial position handling a small team for completing up the different types of projects given. To maintain a good co-ordination in the team and organization is the main motto.
