Family Background
I am from an educated family from Madhya Pradesh. My dad is senior manager with Maihar Cement(B.K Birla group) and my mom is head of a primary school there. I am settled in Pune with my wife, who working as a seniour executive HR with an IT company. I am a software professional.
Required Reading
I read illustrated books for experts voice. Other then that Martin Fowler is a good writer for architectural advancements. Google is filled with bloggers and I refer to them time to time.
Degrees That Matter
I suggest going for certifications in design patterns and mobile application related certifications.
Most Important Career Decisions
To work with product companies which provides opportunity to do end to end work from scratch. It has improved my decision making, analytical, debugging, and exploratory skills. I feel independent and can take ownership of work and deliver it with precision and on time.
Current Role
Take ownership of work, co-ordinate with different teams to find extensible and easily deployable solutions. Brainstorm and educate team on architectural issues. Write testable and agile code with tangible outputs at the end of sprint.
Most Important Lessons
Be at the top of what u do and do what you love to do. Before asking for help keep all the solutions ready with yourself. Never be rude to juniors and never give a breakable solution to any problem.
Challenges in The Technology
Technology is regularly evolving and if it has to beat the market it has to learn from the competitors(MS :-)) as there solutions are easy to develop and innovative in implement latest design practices.
Plans for the Future
I see myself using my leadership skills properly in guiding teams for best delivery of output in form products which makes peoples life easy.
Comparison With Other Language
Its not different, it is evolved from c++ and c# is very similar to java.
