Managing professional as well as personal life
Professional life is completely different than personal.. i do not carry any kinda burden or frustration to my home..
Family Background
my family consist of myself,my mother and brother.. and i got married recently to my beautiful wife for two months now.. my father passed away when i was.he was a teacher. my mother is the reason for what i am today,she was a teacher now she is retired.
Being different
I am more of a creative person, i do not believe in boundary or rules laid down by someone, which would hinder innovation.What you analyse is the rule (of-course keeping things in reference to the theories world believes).challenge and brain workout is the thing which i am always looking for,which would eventually give me opportunity to show my skills

Challenges faced in job
It helps me collect information on the technology we use in real time scenario,it has a vast range of devices from old ones to the newest server in an enterprise.. the protocols used in these scenarios will help me in my future i believe.

CERTIFICATION, learn to love what you study.. learn to take a stepping stone which takes you to where you wanna be.. Just start with what u get

I am currently working at hewlett packard global soft pvt ltd,for 2 years now..in which one year i have worked as a desktop engineer at hp on contract basis.. from july 2012 i have been working as a server monitoring engineer in the role of techops(IRT in other words).
Views about 'Tech product Introduction is weak among Indians'
RECOGNITION.. recognition is what a man craves for, trust and belief,the worst part in India is that if a person innovates a thing its ignored by saying anybody can do it.. where as its hard to find these implications in any other country... money matters too. In India investing on land or gold is important than investing on finding something for the betterment of society.. Our government should be thinking on investing on R&D than on making land or gold or swiss bank accounts... Most of the things which a reputed company in developed country invents has a dedication of at least 10 Indians in 100 working for the company.
