Managing professional as well as personal life

Some time its very dificult to manage as we are working in 24*7 environment and handling Live network, small mistake and Huge number of customers and revenue impacted. With the support of My family at Home and good working environment at work place I am able to allocate time for my personal life apart from work. its basically managing you time, being planning person i have to plan for both in advance and able to mange the same till now.

                Goals and Ambitions

In telecom now things are saturated, so main aim is to grow in industry well and become financially sound.

                Challenges faced in job

We have to predict the future based on DATA and fact, for me this is the most challenging thing, as subscriber behavior cant be predicted based on data, so how much cushion to be provided at the time of Capacity planning is challenging. User of the network may behave differently at different time. So while capacity planning we need to predict in such a fashion that network should be in good condition and cost also should be with in limit. Resource in network neither shlud be over utilized nor under utilized.

                Making job easier

Its Focus towards work. Apart from this good work environment at work place.

                My achievement

           	    Still waiting for best one.

                My strongest Skill

Its my attitude towards work, what ever work is being given to me easy or difficult, I use to give same amount of consideration and effort. Work should be completed on or before time, whether its important or ordinary.
For me every task assigned to me is of most importance.

                    Current Trends

Now we all are moving towards complete IP environment from conventional TDM. Complete IP environment will change the things as CAPEX and OPEX will be less, on IP plateform telecom operators will be able to provide multiple services to end user using single setup.

                    My advice

One should be harworking and of never giving up attitude, as telecom sector is more demanding.

                    Being different

According to me thinking process of engineer is different from other. If there is some short of problem, engineer will try to find and get the solution for that problem, which other don't have. Its my openion, I may not be completely correct, but its attitude which differs.

                    Books recommended

For my field books are not much help full, here environment is like work and learn and learn as much as possible in short span of time. More one will work more he will learn.

                    Company and job profile

I am graduate in Electronics Engineering & Post Graduate in Quality engineering and management for BIT Mesra. My important career decision

Views about 'Tech product Introduction is weak among Indians'

In our country we are promoting only service industries, R&D is not being supported. We should support R&D.
