I am hard working guy. and ability work in under high pressure. My work is my passion.

I am coming from farmer family. My native place sangli Maharashtra. My father name is Vasant rade. He is farmer. My mother is house wife. I have one sister.
Making job easier
My coolness. We are facing lots of problem in my job because we are working on database. we are processing current files means live. If any problem occurthen we have to solve this problem in less time. At that we have lots of pressure from client side. At that time your mind goes down then you are not able to solve those problem.
That time you have to cool your brain and think about problem

Every day technologies are changing. I have to learn new tech. If i have not learn those tech. then othe people go next from you. If you want top then you have to go with upgarde techmology.

My name is Arun Rade. I have done B.E. Electronics and Tele. in 2007. currently I am working in IBM India Pvt. Ltd. Pune through Third party as an production support Engineer. I am working at clirnt site Idea Cellular Ltd. I am working on Oracle PL/SQL and SQL. We are receiving files from usage and non-usage files from over all India. After receiving those files our application rename those files as per buisness rule.
Previously I was working with Sony DADC Mumbai. As an Sr. Officer. on same tech.
