In this competitive world, every piece of work that we deliver should have a wow factor in it. Most of the time, we just deliver what one says. But we should develop a habit of questioning ourselves 'what if'. This way one understands the whole context and develop skills to propose different solns
Work life Management
Being effective during work hours and planning the day to day work would for sure help you stick to office hours.
Current Role
All activities from project inception to delivery including defining Architecture, designs, hands on, guiding the team, code reviews, helping program manager with the estimates, QA support, deployment. Managing multiple projects.
Changes in professional environment
various tools are now reducing the development time, people have started thinking frameworks to reduce writing code, internet usage has been extremely high, organizations contributing to social responsibilities, fun etc.
Your role model
I get inspired by Steve Jobs. He has been exceptional with the wow factor with the work that he delivered (apple products). He is very futuristic. His work speaks about him and not anything else.
The Big Question
Yes. I'm successful with whatever the roles I have played. I have exceeded the expectations that my managers have me. My work has been very impressive and I make sure that I bring up my colleagues by sharing the knowledge and training them so that both colleagues and organization grows.
Starting Differently Again
I would just start the way I did in the past. No changes. Strong commitment and effective, honest and efficient at work.
The Most Important Game
pilot project from a very big prospect. 10 working days, we had to design the architecture and deliver. We succeeded and won new work. It was not just solution and forget but work with the team in all aspects. Keep up their morale, a little of fun and a perfect problem solver.
Effective decision
Self questioned my interests and thought through my capabilities at a juncture of life where I have an option of project Mgmt or technology. I knew, I'm not the person with the skills to manage people. Technology was the right choice. I performed the best in what I selected.

Areas for the Future
I have currently integrated java/spring to adobe DAY CMS. I see lot of scope in this area as industry is moving towards web sites with dynamic features (enterprise systems) with good content management capabilities
Learning’s/ Knowledge gaining
I have understood the direction the industry is heading and made sure that I keep up the pace. DAY CMS was major learning that has made me very successful in the organization whose major focus are is Digital Marketing and content.
