Work Life Balance
Continuously updates of your knowledge, will to learn, positive attitude with analytical thinking are the main key points for the balance. These all seem to be quite easy from theory point of view, but when put in practical , indeed are no less easy.
Current Role
Relationship building with more organizations. Arouse an interest in them to visit the campus, regular follow ups,arranging best of summer trainings & imparting PDP tricks are the main responsibilities,apart from maintaining the databank at organizational as well as student level. Interesting one.
Changes in the industry
I suppose it became a crux in programming where all the advancements are results of developments in this field. Todays' internet itself is the yield of JAVA. It is inseparable part of advancement in software.
Challenges in The Technology
Today,s challenges are tomorrow's win. Advancement in technology has no limits. It's miracle today but not the end. As such it is endless stairs.
Role Model
My answer is straight forward. The person who revolutionized the identification process -ADHAAR , Mr. Nandan is my role maker. He took a new assignment & proved his worth. It signifies that if you have will every thing is possible. Now days requirement of such persons who can perform multitask.
Most Important Lessons
Patience,planning & performance are my 3Ps. These are interlinked. Then comes your communication & rapport building. These are bound to give encouraging results. Never give up the hope & continue. Sharing the ideas,experiences are further tools. I suppose these come with the maturity.
Most Important Career Decisions
Switching over from Pharma sector to academics sector is the most important decision where I feel that recognition is there that multiplies with aging factor, in contrast to marketing of pharma where it minimizes with age factor & gets rusted.
Plans for the Future
I hope that after a couple of years, I will have enough personalities in the industries with whom I can well balance between demand & supply.We can provide the stuff as per their need thus minimizing training & time factor resulting in satisfaction at both ends; the foremost requirement.

My main responsibility is to expose our students to best organization for placement as well as summer training. Apart from that getting them interacted with personalities from different sectors to tell them actuals. Identifying the skills of individuals & placing them accordingly where thy perform
