Family Background
We are a family of 6 , with 2 brothers & a sister. My Father is a retired government servant & my mother is a House Wife. My Elder sister is working in Life Insurance Corporation of India as a Senior Associate Officer, my elder Brother is into Agro Business and my younger Brother is into Medical.
Contribution to the field
I am currently working for Logica, as a IT Consulatant, currently working on a Team Lead Role. The Job involves analysing requirements, designing & implementation and delivery of end to end solutions.

My advise for upcoming Professionals is .... they should be sincere & hardworking and use their knowledge & expertise in such a way that would benefit the company and would help in improving the lives of the common people.
Work life Management
Plan you work accordingly for the day/week. Be disciplined bold & aggressive. This would help in dedicating sufficient time for your family as well as work, so that a proper work/life balance is maintained.
Current Role
I currently working as a Team Lead. My role involves Analysing the requirements, designing , implementation and delivery of end to end solutions.
Changes in professional environment
The professional Environment has changed very since I joined 5 years back. There are new processes in place to manage and monitor the Project lifecycle. There are also quality standards introduced and there is recognition for deserving people and above all the work/life balance is maintained.
Your role model
My Role Model is Narayan Murthy Founder of Infosys. Narayan Murthy had a very humble begining and against all odds and fighting all obstacles, sacrificing his personal life founded one of the largest/brightest IT Companies of the world. Infosys has one of the best Training Center & IT campus.
The Big Question
I do consider my self successful. Considering the fact I came from a poor Back ground, What I am today and what I was 15 years back I have grown both in terms of Intelligence & awareness. But I am not satisfied with it , still aspiring to grow along my career path.
Starting Differently Again
Being an Electronics Engineer, I started my Career in a Non IT Company and then after 6 years plunged into a IT Career. If I had start it all over again I would rather do a degree in Computer Science and work as a Software Engineer straigth away.
The Most Important Game
In my Current Role as a Team Lead, I manage a team of around of 5-6 people.
I had to be a team player inspiring the team and delivering the end to end solutions.
Effective decision
Choosing to do a Bachelors Degree in Engineering, without which I would not have been what I am today.
My Road map ahead
I would like to grow in the field of IT innovation, Innovating especially in the field of Telecom/Mobile & GPS technologies.
Areas for the Future
The Primary areas of specialization in java would be
1. Developing Android Applications for Mobile phones.
2. GPS Communcations.
3. Cloud Computing.
Learning’s/ Knowledge gaining
I read the latest magazines/books on Java technologies which keeps me up to date. Also I constantly discuss/ share my knowledge with my friends.
Additional Certifications
Well there are lots of Certifications/Degrees available in the Market today . But its the sincerity,attitude, hard work & discipline which matters the most for any one to do well.
