Family Background
I come from a Middle Class family.My father is an Cloth merchant by proffession but currently taking rest at home, Mother is a homemaker.We are five siblings, three sisters and two brothers, all are educated.
Contribution to the field
I started my career as a Software Engineer(Programmer) in the Accenture Services India Pvt Ltd. I have been working as Java professional and have grown to an extent where i can handle the Module independently.
Advice for upcoming professionals
Java is fun Language, learning java is very easy, Java works on OOPS concept in which one can relate all the real-time scenarios and code them to meet those scenarios.
Work life Management
I keep all the office work at the office and home work at the home itself .I make sure there is no conflict in the commitments being given both in proffesional and personal life.I have a scheduled and planned day and perform all the actions accordingly.
Changes in professional environment
There is huge demand for the Java professionals who know Ajax, Spring , Hibernate and mainly GWT frameworks.

Its my self realisation and experiences in life which motivates me to take up the challenges help me attain the growth and success.
The Big Question
Yes,I think i am succesfull to an extent and have reached the goal which i had set up for myself.I have made myself an important critical resource of the Project which i am being working.
Starting Differently Again
I would prefre to go in the teaching professional and help students learn Java and its use/Demand in the IT firms
The Most Important Game
My first project was of size 5.and i was a new joinee, after 6 months of joining my project my team had to leave for an Onsite opturnity and in the same time two of colleagues left the org as they got better oportuinity , during this time i had to take the initiative , and play the role of team lead
Effective decision
One of life time effective decision was to do MCA(Master of Computer Application) which led me to what i am now today
