1) Within 2 months of joining my 2nd company I single handedly delivered a crucial proj in Time and with 0 defects. Project was very critical and 2 person who used to work on this left the project in between citing some personal reason. I was hired for this and I had very little time to understand the Project and company and its terminologies and process. In midst of all these I was able to meet the deadline. This got me lot of appreciation and recognition..

2) Learnt IVR domain in no time. And there were some 14 proj and I was given the design and development responsiblity. Being from Java background this was tough as IVR had many other different technologies and infrastructure to understand. And to implement 14 project was a challenging task. After few successful implementation I recieved 2 awards for this at office.

3) My first company Manthan(joined in 06 december and Manthan had some 25 people overall and some 8-9 developer who were all very experienced) was under huge transistion during 2007-08 when it was totally changing the face of its Product called ARC(Analytical Retail Capability). Being joined as a fresher and that too with very little knowledge on Software(as I am from E&C background) and Software world it was a very patient, time consuming, and hectic task to get into a shoe of a 5 years exp developer and to implement the product. There was a lot of pressure from Mgmt as this was going to be breakthrough release for the company. I successfully implemented 5 very very imp Modules for the product at the time when I was considered to be learning amongst my peers, friends(who were still given a task like adding loggers in all the classes in their respective companies). This gave me an oppurtunity to learn ava-J2EE knowledge, time mgmt, handle pressure and deliver and more over got to know the IT-Industry and its complexity.

4) There was a time when ARC used to given to customer by copying the Program in thier servers and we used to make it run. However, to a customers need It was given just 1.5 days to learn Null SOft Scripting Lang and to implement a Installer for the product in no time. When nobody was ready I took the task and as there was a demo scheduled the next day I had no breather but to learn this new never heard Scripting Language and get the work done in stipulated time and at the end of 1.5th day I was able to delivere as expected with capablity to not only install the product but to perform a prerequisite check on JRE, Admin DB that needs to be created for the product.
