This award is for Java professionals who are currently working in Bengaluru. Awards will be given to top 10 professionals based on their accomplishments, work profile, recommendation letters from their managers/HR, voting and comments by their peers and input from a Jury consisting of prominent Java leaders of Bengaluru. It's an effort by the SiliconIndia community to honor the best among ourselves for their professional achievements.

This is a yearly award and till next year's awards, winners will be promoted on the SiliconIndia as well as on our India and US magazines.

There is absolutely no cost involved to participate as a nominee or in helping us identify and recognize the best amongst thousands of Java professionals working in Bengaluru. An Ideal nominee would have at least 3 years of work experience and would be working either as an individual contributor or as a team lead. Your opinion about your peers does count here.

Jury - Our jury is group of experienced Industry professionals who have more than 20 years of experience in the Java domain. They are from top companies such as - Mahindra Satyam, HP, Oracle, Yahoo, MetricStream, Rolta India and Intuit. These prominent Java leaders will identify the Top 10 Java Professionals in Bengaluru.

Nominees - We have more than 100 nominees and more are being added. The Top Java Professionals in Bengaluru will be selected by our highly experienced jury members as well as by public voting. You can also nominate yourself or your peers for these awards.

Voting - Voting is started for the Top 10 Java Professionals and they will be selected by Jury as well as by Public Voting. You can Vote & comment for your favorite nominees through SiliconIndia ID as well as by Facebook and Linkedin. You can vote for 10 nominees and for one nominee you can vote only once. So start voting for your favorite nominees.
