Family Background
I belong to Bikaner in Rajasthan. My father is a Retd. Govt. Employee. He was Asst. Engineer in Irrigation Dept.Rajasthan. My mother is a house wife. My wife is Post graduate in Bio Technology from Rajasthan Univ.A have a son of 2 years age.Brother is an IT professional and sister is School teacher.
Required Reading
Some of the very Inspiring books are Teachings of Buddhism, Books of Del Karnegy and Aticles of Times of India "Speaking Tree". Also some of the knowledgble web sites are www.thefreedictionary.com, siliconndia.com and national & international news forums.
Work Life Balance
This can be handled by ensuring official work to not kept for home, as the period of 8 hours is more than sufficient for it. At the same time as we spent a lot effective time in office,an appropriate planning for works at home can be done, in gap times at office.

Taking a Decision to opt for M.Tech. from IIT Kanpur was the Most imporatnt one. My father had played an instrumental role in making me a Civil Engineers by letting me Opt for Diploma in Civil engineering.

My responsibililities is to Design a safe and Serviceable Transportaion network inclusing National highways. It extends to deal with a team of various areas viz. Drainage design, Pavement design, Road safety etc.
