Why Mritunjay Kumar?
Crisis come crashing all the sudden and that is why it is called so. Recently we got one such and our software developer who was the savior of the situation and we would like to nominate him.
Handling software crisis in a software company itself if humongous task; imagine the situation for an IT Integration company who are aspiring to have a head start in the software development. A courageous step taken by WEBCOM for developing software for our own customers was challenged by key person not only delivering what he promised but also quitting suddenly with fraction of seconds notice. That is when our software engineer who took the avatar of complete in-charge. He took the complete coding responsibility as well as interacting with customer for the gathering of requirement, interacting with hardware vendor for driver level support and so on. Majorly his Java skills stood him out and could deliver the project in given time which is stable and gaining us more software project orders. The software he developed was attendance and payroll software. Even though it is a simple software, it had complex policy implementation catering all type of shift management, over-time handling, interfacing with biometric devices and so on that to for PSU organisation. The real success was due to his proficiency in Java with all latest such as hibernate frames, he could design, develop and provide bug-resistant software. We think that young software developer with 3.6 years of experience delivering such result oriented product is simply awesome. By providing award to a person like him, we would encourage people to master Java and spring up to challenges. With this, we, WEBCOM, nominate Mritunjay Kumar, for Java Professional Award.
